FINAL MEETING

Spain was the country that organized the final meeting of the project. It supposed to host five students of each country participating in our comenius. We all could enjoy the experience: activities in Cambrils, sport activities at the beach, trip to Barcelona... To see further information, take a look at "resources" and "Videos and pictures".

TASK SEVEN

PICTURE EUROPE. EUROPUZZLES

INTRODUCTION

The Europuzzles activity aims to share moments of our mobilities through pictures. It is one of the  activities planned for the Final Meeting to close our project. Since the name of our website is Picture Europe, we wanted to show a collection of pictures taken during the different mobilities so everybody could see scenes from the experiences of the exchanges.

INSTRUCTIONS

·        Each country must bring a selection of pictures from the different mobilities.

·        Students are divided in international groups.

·        In a piece of a big colour card students must draw and cut big letters forming the letters

o   PICTURE EUROPE

·        this letters will be the frames for the pictures.

·        Students must fill the letter frames with pictures from each mobility and write a sentence expressing their feeling about the exchanges.

• The activity is going to be recorded in a camera, so each group will bring their letter and read the sentence aloud.

TASK SIX

FILMING A POEM

1) Each country chooses one national poem. The poem has to be provided in

two versions: in the national language and in English. The poem should

bring the universal message and be understandable for students from all

the countries.

Deadline: 20 November

2) You send the poem to anuka@op.pl providing also all extra information

you would like to be uploaded on the website (an author information,

commentaries, audio files).

Deadline: 20 November

3) The poems are uploaded on the website in both languages (English and

national). Participants from all the countries read all the poems. (If

possible you can provide .mp3 files with a person reading the poem in

national language.)

Deadline: 24 November

4) Each country chooses one poem to be filmed (you can choose your own

national poem). Students analyze the poem and think over the concept of

the film. They prepare a film with the poem as a part of a soundtrack. The

film can show the message of the poem, it can be also just an illustration or

a background for the poem. It is up to the students. The films should not be

longer than 7 minutes unless really needed.

5) The films are uploaded on the website.

TECHNICALITIES

The easiest way to upload a film on the website is to put it on Youtube. If you cannot

do that, send them to me (or upload it to any send.it space).

You are also welcome to add all the information and pictures you want (biography of

the poet, remarks on the poem, pictures of students making the film etc). Just send it

to me.
